We manage the entire value-add process of our investments. Working alongside our successful property manager and team, we reposition and restructure whenever necessary all areas of our investment. Critical to our investment’s success include; lowering expenses, improving tenant relations, completing property improvements, considering RUBS, and stabilizing rents.
Through our viable market study expertise and superior project management skills, we regularly communicate with our investors regarding our exit strategy. We definitely have an exit plan prior to the acquisition phase and it is always exciting to carry out this strategy and see our investment through completion.
